Are your eyes roadworthy?

Over the next two weeks we are supporting OpInsight.

OpInsight will be focusing on what we can all do to keep our more vulnerable road users safe.

Are you up to date with the latest Highway Code changes? These have been changed to improve safety for people walking, cycling and horse riding. Check them out. Let’s keep each other safe

View them in full by visiting The Highway Code: 8 changes you need to know from 29 January 2022 - GOV.UK

Part of OpInsight will also be highlighting the importance of us all ensuring our eyesight is checked regularly and that you are fit to drive.

As a driver you must be able to read a car number plate from 20m. If you need glasses or contact lenses to do this YOU MUST ensure these are worn every time you drive.

However you use the roads, with the nights now starting to get darker make sure you look out for each other.
