As Clerk to Uffington Parish Council receipt of your email dated 2nd September 2026 is acknowledged and sincere apologies are sent to your predecessor that they did not receive a timely response.

With reference to the serving of eviction notices, it is very strongly felt that this is a private matter and discussion limited between the landlord and the tenant. Direct communication with the tenants affected are on-going and are working with them on their own specific circumstances.

If there are further matters that require clarification, please do hesitate to call the Estate Office. In the meantime, the Estate wishes to reassure you that they are very keen to ensure that constant dialogue and communication is maintained.
